Debi was born August 18, 1951 in Comanche, to Nathaniel John and Rutha Jean Cornelius. After graduating from Duncan High School in 1969, she later married Bill Campiche. Debi was a faithful member of Patterson Avenue Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Bettie was preceded in death by her husband Admiral Jeremy Michael “Mike” Boorda. Archie was born November 27, 1939 in Alvord, TX to Jack and Clara Fulton. He and Geneva Ramsey were united in marriage on August 9, 1958 in Buttonwillow, CA. He and Geneva played in the Texhoma Express Band for 26 years, with Archie playing guitar, and Geneva playing the piano. He also sold cars, and worked for Rock Island Railroad for 6 years. Grandchildren Cory Hill, Tracie Wright, Lori Morgan and husband Jonathan, Chellsea Norman, Keeton Sallee and wife Destiny, Graham Carlile and London Carlile. Great-Grandchildren Addison Wright, Rhylie Morgan, Tyler Morgan, Everleigh Morgan, Christopher Morgan and Karter Sallee.

She was born on a ranch and loved the ranching life. She rode horses and worked cattle from early on in life. She enjoyed growing up with her brothers and sisters in South Texas. She met her husband, JP at a rodeo and they were married later.
